This policy is applicable for customers (“Customers”) who subscribe to paid plans of WhiteCoats (“WhiteCoats”) – a division of ValueMomentum Software Services Private Limited (“Company”) – by making a payment to the Company. It does not apply to subscriptions for free plans or where the subscription was activated without the customer making a payment to the Company directly.
Annual Subscription
Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your subscription after 90 days. Please note that we require a minimum of 90 days after the subscription begins to ensure that the services promised have been visibly delivered and that growth outcomes are achieved.
After your cancellation, here’s what you would be entitled to:
• Content created for online properties
• Your complete website backup kit
• Handover of your practice domain
Refund Policy:
A refund will be made on a pro-rata basis. Payment made toward one-time setup activities is non-refundable.
